Most years we take on apprentices via the JTL scheme affiliated to the JIB, and at the end of their apprenticeship have been able to offer them permanent employment.

We like to invest in and retain a high skilled workforce to enable us to continue our policy of growth and commitment of putting the customer first.

Over the years our electricians have been given the chance to come into the office to work within different departments enabling them to gain an understanding of the complete process from tendering through to completion and testing of a project.
